President and Chief Scientist

SciWrite's principal owner and chief scientist is Dr. Lee Harding.  He has a B.Sc. in Wildlife Biology from the University of California (1970) and a Ph.D. in wildlife toxicology at Gifu University in Japan (2002). He worked as as a wildlife biologist for environmental consulting companies until joining Environment Canada, Prairie and Northern Region (Edmonton) as a senior environmental design biologist in 1976.  He moved to progressively responsible position in the Northwest Territories, West Vancouver and North Vancouver before taking early retirement from the Canadian Wildlife Service in 1997 to return to consulting full time.

He is a member of the American Society of Mammalogists, the Society for Environmental Toxicology and Contaminants, the British Columbia Field Ornithologists, and The Wildlife Society.

Editor, Production Manager and Administrator

Hannah Diamond has 38 years of experience covering marketing, news and feature writing, newspaper and report editing and  print production in diverse areas such as environmental consultants, arts organizations and business. She has a diploma in Journalism from Langara College and 12 years of newspaper experience during which time she won seven writing awards from the B.C. & Yukon Newspaper Association, more than half of them for environmental articles. Since 1998 she has assisted SciWrite Environmental Sciences Ltd. with business management, editing and report production.  She joined the firm full time in 2001.

Ms. Diamond is the production manager and editor for all print and hypertext products. She is also an advisor to the Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign for Western Canada, a program that supports grandmothers in Africa who are raising children orphaned by HIV/AIDS .
